These terms cover yesterandmorrow.com, the Y&M Tech Lab and the Tech Lab phone line. Using the site or the line means you agree to them. Yester & Morrow is a small company in Lapeer County, Michigan, run by Chris Kamyszek.

Estimates are estimates

The Tech Lab's payback test works from typical figures for a business like yours, and you can change every one of them. Its answer is an estimate, not a promise of what a fix will save, and not financial advice.

Prices and work

Prices on the site are starting prices. Before any work starts, we agree in writing on what it covers and what it costs, and that agreement is what counts. Offers on the site, like getting the Walk-Through's $450 back when it finds no fix that pays for itself inside six months, work the way the site describes them.

Texts from the Tech Lab line

Y&M Tech Lab texts are customer care: answers to your call or text about your business's systems and our services.

• How they start. By you calling or texting the Tech Lab line at (810) 678-6967. If we miss your call, we send one text to the number you called from. When you text the line, you get a short thank-you, then replies from Chris. We never text a number that hasn't called or texted the line first, and we don't send marketing texts.
• How often. Message frequency varies with your conversation.
• Cost. Message and data rates may apply.
• Stopping. Reply STOP at any time. You'll get one text saying you're unsubscribed, and none after that. Asking us to stop in your own words works too. Reply START to text with us again.
• Help. Reply HELP, or write to chris@yesterandmorrow.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• How we handle your number and your texts is in our privacy policy.

Joining the list or the founding circle means we'll email you about the farm app. You can unsubscribe from any email.

Using the site

The words, pictures and marks here belong to Yester & Morrow. Share links and quote a line with credit, but please don't copy whole pages. Please don't misuse the forms or the line, for example with automated messages or spam.

No guarantees

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it comes as is. As far as the law allows, Yester & Morrow isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the site or relying on the payback test.
